🗝 I’m Eleanor Fisher, an experienced property professional based in the Highlands, offering specialist legal lettings support to landlords throughout Scotland, who manage their own properties.

🗝 With over a decade of experience in property sales and lettings—including time as the manager of a solicitor firm’s lettings department—I’ve seen first-hand how difficult it can be to keep up with regulations while also being a responsible landlord.

🗝 I created this service to meet landlords halfway: you stay in control of your property and tenancy, and I support you with the legal paperwork, notices, and compliance when you need it—without ongoing fees or a long-term contract.

🗝 I’m a member of ARLA and hold Level 6 Propertymark qualifications in Residential Letting & Property Management (Scotland) and the Sale of Residential Property (Scotland). My advice is always grounded in up-to-date Scottish legislation.

What have I been up to this week?

It’s been a busy one on the lettings side, with a nice mixture of client work, networking and a few new conversations.

🏡 Checking tenant references for a landlord

🔑 Wishing new tenants a happy moving day

📋 Preparing a property inventory for tenants moving in on Monday

🤝 Catching up with new and old acquaintances at a business networking event

🏠 Talking to a new landlord about letting his property and how I can help

And then, alongside work, there’s been plenty of ordinary life too…

☕️ Coffee and a catch-up with a colleague

🍎 Making apple and plum chutney with fruit kindly gifted by a neighbour

💇‍♀️ A much-needed visit to the hairdresser for a tidy-up!

❤️ Several visits to my dad at Urray House

Plus the usual cooking, washing and trying to make the most of the sunshine whenever it has appeared! 🌤️

So, not a week of sitting at my desk from 9–5 — but definitely a week of getting things done, meeting people, moving things forward and enjoying a bit of life along the way.

And that’s a pretty good working week in my book. 😊

Hi, I'm Eleanor 👋

I'm a qualified letting agent based in the Highlands, and I help landlords across Scotland navigate the legal and practical side of letting their property.

I work with landlords who are happy to manage their own property and tenants, but don't necessarily want to work everything out for themselves.

I have absolutely no idea why I waited this long.

I’m now at the very exciting stage of reading the instructions and wondering what on earth I’m going to cook in it first! 🤨
