A full reimagining of this Port Seton home.

By removing structural walls and forming new openings, we created a light-filled, open-plan ground floor designed for modern living. Double French doors extend the space outdoors, while engineered hardwood flooring flows seamlessly throughout.

At the heart of the home, a bespoke kitchen finished to an exceptional standard featuring oversized cornices, custom skirting plinths with magnetic access, and a handcrafted feature canopy built on-site to house the extractor.

Every detail considered, from the bespoke boxing concealing the sliding door system to the hidden pantry with an integrated pull-out coffee machine.

COMPOSITE DECK BUILD

This top floor apartment deck was completely rotten through boards sinking under your feet, old timber holding moisture, and astroturf making the problem even worse.

Not the easiest job with four flights of stairs and full-length materials to get up, but we stripped everything right back and rebuilt it properly from the ground up.

Installed a new chestnut composite clip decking system with all joists fully taped for long-term protection and durability. Along with a new dividing fence!

COMPOSITE & SIDELIGHT INSTALL

Out with the old and in with the new fresh white composite at the front of the property.

Was not an easy install for the lads here this property has not been touched for about 50 years everything out of square and plumb causing all sorts of head scratching but without doubt the lads got this installed and how good does it look😍💪
