"𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺" is the perfect place for families, friends & work colleagues to escape to the country. The farm offers a variety of accommodation options with something for everyone.
The main property consists of two options:
- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘅 is a charming suite with a lounge consisting of a comfy sofa, a desk to work from, tea & coffee making facilities, and heaps of storage & wardrobe space. The annex oozes ambience and charm. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing retreat for the professional working locally that needs someone to work from and somewhere to relax and unwind.
Climb the staircase to the gallery bedroom and ensuite shower room & w/c with luxury toiletries, fluffy bath towels & dressing gowns from the White Company.
- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗱𝘆𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 is a large bedroom with a super comfortable king-size bed with deluxe Hypnos mattress. bathroom with a powerful shower & bath. Plus a lovely farmhouse kitchen with a large range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. This is a beautiful country setting surrounded by footpaths ideal for hikers, cyclists, and explorers who enjoy the countryside. The Grand Union Canal can be accessed from the top of the drive and the famous Folly pub is a picturesque short walk away.
Both suites can be booked together for parties of 4.
𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 is a hidden treasure that makes an ideal retreat for anyone wishing to escape to the country. The accommodation has its own private entrance with views looking out onto farmland, sheep, and horses. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the area and is an easy commute from Warwick House in Southam, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Gaydon, and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a tranquil country setting for the professional who wishes to leave the maddening crowd, yet needs to be near major travel routes including the M1/M40.
There are also lots of lovely local pubs and restaurants nearby.
There is a television with Sky including Sky Movies & Sports available in the room. A basic breakfast of cereals, milk, tea, and coffee is also provided for you to help yourself.
The Caravan options are as follows:
- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗱𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 is a lovely space with a large living area with a TV, dining table, and kitchen with a fridge, cooker, and microwave. The main bedroom consists of a brand new double bed with a luxury mattress and an ensuite bath/shower room. There is a lot of storage space and also a little dressing table.
The second bedroom consists of two twin single beds, & a wardrobe, ideal for children sharing a room or two adults.
There is an outside area where one can sit on chairs.
- 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 is a spacious static caravan with a large lounge area, Smart TV, a welsh dresser & dining table. There is also an extremely well-designed and equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, lots of cupboards, a wine rack & a generous amount of worktop space. The main bedroom is extremely spacious with a dressing table and two large wardrobes, the second bedroom consists of two twin single beds. A lovely countryside retreat ideal for professionals, families & couples.
- 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 is a lovely space with a living area with smart TV, dining table, and kitchen with fridge, cooker, toaster, microwave & Kettle. There is a double bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with x2 single beds. A bathroom with shower, sink & W/C. There is a reasonable amount of storage space with wardrobes, draws & cupboards, and an outside area whereby one can spend time and be at one with nature.
All three caravans can be booked together for larger groups and families and sleep 12 in total.
The caravans have their own private lawn area with picnic tables & BBQs and Toad Hall has a very large garden area whereby families and friends can congregate for picnics on the grass. There is also a healthy supply of Wifi.
