A work in progress—our helical concrete stair is taking shape, its curves gradually revealing the art within the structure. The handrail is forming, turning each line into something sculptural. With lighting layouts underway, we can already see how the right glow will one day elevate every detail. Step by step, light by light, this space is transforming—even before it’s complete.
