Before you take it off the market, let me look at it properly.
A lot of sellers this summer are giving up.
Taking the home off the market, disheartened, convinced it will simply never sell. After months of viewings that go nowhere, or worse, no viewings at all, that feeling is understandable.
But a home that will not sell is almost never a home that cannot sell.
Far more often it was priced wrong, marketed badly, or handed to someone who stopped trying.
Before you give up on it, let someone look at it properly and tell you the truth about why it has not moved. Nine times out of ten, it is fixable.
You may be one honest conversation away from sold, not one step away from giving up.
