Asbestos water tank removal and refitting new loft insulation.
We had to isolate the workspace to be able to: remove all unwanted items from the loft, the Asbestos water tank, the contaminated insulation, and all the redundant steel heating pipes.
The loft was environmentally cleaned, new boarding fitted, lights were changed and a new smoke alarm was fitted in.
Left all the saved items in a clean and tidy loft for the owner to use.
The works were carried out as per HSE regulations. The waste was disposed at a licensed landfill as it is legally required.
