Remaining as our Club Captain, Ben Turner is a constant presence around the club. He constantly drives standards within the playing group & is the true spirit of a clubman!

A message from our club captain-

"Last season was always going to be difficult after losing 14 senior players over the summer, and that proved to be the case. Looking ahead to the new season, playing in a new league will bring fresh opposition and new challenges. As a playing group and a club, we should be excited to hit the ground running and look forward to bringing through our junior talents. Some of them have already shown that they can not only hold their own at the senior level but also stand out. Longton Rugby Club will be a very different environment over the next 12 months and beyond, and I can’t wait to be a part of it."
