When u start a pat test and the first visual inspection unearths this!! Tenant thought this was a good idea when the plug blew. Luckily we replaced the plug tested it and all working fine now.

Following the latest government guidelines, we have assessed our own current lockdown and will be visiting properties if they meet one of 2 criteria:

- The property is vacant and access can be provided with suitable social distancing.
- It is an essential appointment and the appropriate social distancing can be observed at all times during the visit.

We will be wearing disposable gloves and facemasks if tenants/ owners are present.
