Another successful acquisition completed for an investor.

This property came back to market after the original sale fell through, and the agent got in touch with us directly knowing we are reliable in getting a deal done.

We were able to secure the property at the figure we needed, creating a fantastic opportunity to add value through a high-quality refurbishment and generate a strong uplift that will result in a great BRR - BTL deal.

Sourced this off market 2 bed flat in Bedlington over two weeks ago. Two young lads getting started on their property journey, first of many for them.

Excited to get this completed, get the renovation started and then onto the next one for them.
