We’ve been busy over the last 6 months completing a series of large Measured Building, Topographic & Utilities Surveys at Rockliffe Hall for their multimillion-pound renovation scheme that has just been submitted for planning!

It’s been a fantastic project to be involved in, and continue to be involved in as the project progresses.

The Old Hall restoration is due to be completed in October 2025 and the new flagship restaurant build, in December 2025.

Project North Geomatics Ltd are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team.

Ideally the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be competent in the below:

• Topographic Surveys.
• Measured Building Surveys.
• Utility Surveys.
• Setting Out.
• Trimble total stations and GPS.
• LSS & AutoCAD.

Experience in the use of 3D Laser Scanning and Drone Surveying is desirable but not essential. Company van, fuel card, laptop and phone provided and salary negotiable for the right candidate.
