Our backgrounds in engineering, project management, and business leadership shaped how we think. Structure matters. Planning matters. Thinking beyond the next deal matters. Property became the vehicle where that mindset met real, tangible impact.
Watkins Real Estate started with a single project. A decision to put our own capital on the line, take responsibility for the outcome, and do things properly. Every project since has followed a simple principle: revive tired homes and return them to the market as places people genuinely want to live - places that feel modern, functional, and cared for.
