πŸ”¨ NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY! πŸ’§πŸ

We’re starting another basement waterproofing project, installing a Type C cavity drain waterproofing system complete with a sump and pump system.

The system is designed to manage and control any water entering the basement, directing it safely to the sump for removal β€” helping create a dry, protected and usable space.

One of the most common damp issues we see is Water ingress from under a front/back door.
This is typically caused by a failed bottom door seal, an inadequate or missing threshold, or improper exterior ground sloping.
When rain hits the door, it runs downward and pooled water gets blown underneath by the wind, causing damage to floor joists and moisture ingress on walls.
