Did you know that each colour of the gay pride flag originally had its own special meaning? Created in 1978, pink represented s*x, red for life, orange for healing, yellow for sunlight, green for nature, turquoise for magic, blue for serenity, and violet represented spirit - but due to extreme demand, the 8 original colours were reduced to 6 to reduce production costs! This has now evolved into there being over 20 different LGBTQ+ flags each representing their own different gender identities! 🏳️🌈
