This includes a helpful office staff, which will help students navigate all issues regarding their new homes. We have an in house Maintenance Team dedicated to the upkeep of all the properties and will in emergencies; provide a seven-day a week, twenty four hour service. We maintain an excellent working relationship with all stakeholders including the City Council, the Universities, the Police and Fire Brigade. Our office is located near to our properties, and offers a drop in facility for all our tenants.
