Doors stripped and beeswaxed , rotten floor joists and boards replaced , windows repaired using repair care resin! Then fully decorated

A big old task to strip this down and re-do it properly , after the last company had made a mess of it.

walls blanked out and then sealed with Zinsser Guardz.

A long process for an awkward customer!! Never again.

She didn’t pay me, didn’t make me a cuppa and made constant demands! I’m still not sure why I married her 🤪

One on the way home this week.

Damp walls knocked off and treated , new walls built allowing for airflow in behind. Insulated plasterboard used and then a full re skim. Finished off with a cladded upvc ceiling.
