Advising tenants on how to keep mould at bay is an important part of what we do. Adequate heat + ventilation = healthy home.
(Once you've reached adequate humidity level turn the radiator back on. Repeat at least 3 times a week and after every shower / bath in bathrooms).

Just a reminder on how to help stop blocked pipes and drains:

"Only flush toilet paper, p*e and poo down the toilet. Bin everything else.
Use a bin in your bathroom for all types of wet wipes, sanitary products, nappies, and cotton buds.
Allow oils and fats to cool. Scrape oils from your pots, pans, and plates into the bin before washing them"
