CUSTOMER STORY - THIS IS WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO.

"We first met Kim in 2018 where she was caring for her elderly parents full time. She had saved diligently for a number of years and now had enough funds to purchase a property. Based on her circumstances we decided it was sensible to use the money she had saved, to purchase a number of investment properties rather than a main home for her, with the income generated from her investments and more incredible management of her money we worked out that Kim could generate sufficient income over a period of years to buy a small property outright for herself whilst also having passive income from her buy to lets."

Our strategy was to buy pairs of flats in areas such as South Shields & Blyth and then lease them to one of our long standing clients.

Pairs of flats in can be affordable and on one title so suitable for refinance whilst also generating and 60-70% income over a house in the same location.

Renting the properties on long term leases provided stable income and cash flow projection.

"It was uplifting and humbling to receive her email on Monday making me aware she had bought her first home. An incredible lady to work with and shows what you can do with a plan & application."
