This cosy cottage is situated at the harbour area of Newcastle with spectacular uninterrupted views of Dundrum bay. It is approximately a 15 minute leisurely walk to Newcastle town centre. However within a short walking distance (3 minutes) there are two traditional pubs with restaurants and also 2 coffee shops for your enjoyment. Accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms (sleeping maximum of 4 pe

ople. Sitting room with open fire, starter pack provided , also oil fired central heating. Smart FreeSat TV with Netflix etc. Kitchen with electric hob and cooker, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer, full size fridge-freezer, coffee machine, etc. Bathroom with bath and electric overhead shower. BBQ available. charcoal not provided. Hairdryers, all linens and towels (Excluding beach towels) included. Front and rear garden provide seating and BBQ faculties. PETS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT
MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS. Over Christmas and New Year minimum stay 3 nights.

Delighted to receive this top score from Booking.Com but of course it wouldn't be possible without my lovely guests coming to stay and taking time to leave such wonderful reviews. I cannot thank you enough. Looking forward to welcoming new and returning guests during 2023.
