In the photo shown below are the stats for Armed Forces service leavers from 2016 - 2018.

- 19% unemployed/economically inactive in 16/17

- 16% unemployed/economically inactive in 17/18

The current main aim of this business is to reduce these percentages by giving serving and service leavers a chance to create a second or main stream of income through property.

After leaving the Armed Forces I started work as a full time painter and decorator.

Working in this trade gives me a great insight into the costs associated with interior refurbishment.

Understanding this helps when pricing up numbers on potential properties!

Hello Everyone!

My name is Scott and welcome to LumsdenPropertyLTD.

I aim to help ex and still serving Armed Forces members that want to invest into property but don’t quite know how!

After serving 4 years in the Royal Engineers I know that life outside the forces can be hard!

Around 17% of service leavers in 2019 were registered JOBLESS! A horrible thing to hear but also a bit of an eye opener.

I’m sure most will agree that all we want in life is to be happy, be able to provide for our families and not worry about bills!

So I have created this business to provide an extra source of income or even a full time income to those that would like to invest in property!
