On Thursday last week, we came together for our annual Christmas lunch, which also doubled up as a very special celebration…. Tim’s 60th birthday.

A brilliant afternoon and evening filled with great company, plenty of laughs, and an incredible amount of generosity.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, those who kindly donated auction prizes, entered the prize draw and everyone who placed bids on the night. Thanks to your support, we raised an amazing £11,911 from the evening alone.

Even better, when combined with our golf morning and horse racing afternoon earlier this year, this brings our total fundraising this year to £17,385 for .

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together and are already looking ahead to raising even more next year. We hope you’ll all join us again as we continue to support this fantastic cause

We had a brilliant time at the 2025 LPDF Annual Lunch yesterday.

A huge thank you to the Land, Planning and Development Federation for hosting such a well-organised and enjoyable afternoon. From insightful conversations to plenty of laughs at the after-party, it was a great opportunity to connect with so many familiar faces across the land, planning and development world.

Always a pleasure catching up with industry friends—and meeting a few new ones too.
