Centigen is a subsidiary of the not-for-profit association Two Rivers Housing, which provides homes to rent at affordable prices, supports wider community facilities and creates opportunities for local training and employment. Two Rivers was established in 2003 and owns nearly 4,000 properties in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. It also has an active building programme so that it can meet the growing demand for quality - and energy-efficient - homes at prices people can afford. Centigen was established to generate additional income for Two Rivers so that it continue its valuable work. All surplus profit achieved by Centigen will be gifted to Two Rivers.
