The most "English" of tea time foods...Homemade freshly baked scones slathered with cornish clotted cream and farm produce strawberry jam. Alongside a steaming cup of tea. Life doesn't get any better. Especially to still have the afterglow smell of the baking aroma still lingering in the air. "Bon Appétit" my fabulous peeps. ###

We have one double bedroom available in our lovely flat, sharing with two young professional women in their mid-late twenties.

The room is available immediately, and we’re keen to get it filled as soon as possible!

The flat itself is set over 4 floors with a separate kitchen and large lounge - so there’s plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a laundry room with washer and dryer, a decent-sized bathroom in great condition, and even a garden for chilling out or barbecuing on nice summer evenings. The room available has a double bed, shelving unit and a spacious wardrobe, and is at the rear of the flat so there’s no noise from traffic. The flat has wooden floors throughout, except the stairs and landings which are carpeted to keep the noise down.

You’d be sharing with two other housemates. We’re lovely, friendly and sociable (even if we do say so ourselves!) and although we work quite hard during the week we like nothing better than kicking back.

The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a washer and dryer, a decent-sized bathroom in great condition, and even a 1st floor sheltered private patio and ground floor entrance through another private garden for chilling out or barbequing on nice summer evenings.

Each of the large airy and light double bedrooms has a very comfortable new double bed, a generous sized chest of drawers, a useful bedside table as well as a large mirrored wardrobe with additional drawers. The flat is carpeted throughout, including the stairs and landings which also keeps the noise down.
