Sorry we’ve been quiet… it’s been busy around here…

I’ll be honest, my priorities changed when I became pregnant in our first year of business.

Keeping things ticking over and delivering great work with loyal & regular clients became our aim, whilst healthily & safely growing this little dude & welcoming him into the world.

As I’m sure is the case for many business owners, my family will always be my ‘why’. Why I started the business and why I’m feeling more ready than ever to take things to the next level for our next year in business. We’ve got some big, exciting things planned. Let’s go!

…Some of our latest work for our client in Bristol…

We weren’t expecting pink on the grid as I’m a neutral paint kinda gal, but challenge accepted 💪 and we think it actually looks great with this set up!

This modern property had been listed with furnished photos but the family since moved out, so potential buyers were viewing the property empty.

Now buyers will be able to visualise the space and living in it with warm & inviting furnishings, textures & lighting.

This morning I had a call with a lovely client. Their property has been on the market for several weeks with only a handful of viewings.

The feedback they’ve received from their estate agent was that they were advertising as a 2 bed but their second bedroom was currently set up as a dining room.

They’ve already had a price drop of over £10k and unfortunately this hasn’t moved the dial 👎

Why? Their tricky layout meant buyers were struggling to see how they could create a bedroom without losing a dining room.

Enter 👉 home stager 🦸‍♀️

Within minutes of looking at the floor plan we’d proposed a reconfiguration of the layout that enabled the property to boast 2 great sized bedrooms and a lounge that opened onto a generous dining space and most importantly with a flow that MADE SENSE.

Only 20% of people are supposedly able to visualise spaces. Stagers are those people and we can quickly suggest solutions to issues like this PLUS add value by installing our kit to pull it all together.
