Our team recently attended a job where the customer reported a blocked drain.
On arrival, we discovered the inlet to the manhole was fully blocked.
Using high-pressure jetting equipment, we successfully cleared the blockage, thoroughly cleaned the line through, and carried out a dye test afterwards to ensure everything was flowing freely and operating as it should.
Another system back up and running properly thanks to a prompt response and effective clearance.

We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding during the recent works on Fairlee Road, Newport, Isle of Wight.

Just another day on the job at Dial A Rod Engineering… with a little “help” from our four-legged assistant 🐶💨

While servicing the air blower on a sewage treatment system, this lovely dog decided cuddles were far more important than tools and maintenance… and honestly, we can’t argue with that 😄

Before and After at Haven Street🔧📍
We tackled a foul drain issue caused by a displaced joint encased in concrete ✅
Repaired using clay to plastic band seals, stoned up with 10mm, and finished with a solid type 1 base.
All topped off with Indian flagstones laid down for a clean, professional finish… you wouldn’t have even known we were there 🤫
