Today, we joined the Crucial Crew event at Raglan Barracks, Newport, helping Year 6 pupils learn about anti-social behaviour (ASB), community safety and personal responsibility.
Through interactive games and real-life scenarios, pupils explored what ASB is, how it affects communities, when to report it, and how everyone's actions can impact those around them. We also shared important messages around Bonfire Night safety and responsible behaviour.
It was fantastic to see so many young people getting involved, asking questions and gaining a better understanding of how they can help create safer communities.
Crucial Crew is an interactive multi-agency safety education program for Year 6 primary school pupils (aged 10 to 11).
Preventing ASB starts with education and awareness, and we're proud to play our part in helping the next generation make positive choices.
A huge thank you to all the children who took part so enthusiastically and Nat, Bec and Lauren for making sure Hedyn was part of such a brilliant day.
