n ability to deliver high-value outcomes, whether raising multi-million-pound research funding, growing and leading high-performing teams, or building a thriving HMO and sourcing portfolio. I began my journey in Southern California before relocating to the UK to pursue a Master’s in Marine Science. Early into my studies, I was invited to teach fellow postgraduates how to commercialise academic research, setting the tone for a career focused on bridging strategy with ex*****on. In the academic sphere, I held senior posts at institutions including the University of Birmingham, where I built and led a business development team from 3 to 13 staff and generated over £10 million in income. I co-authored a £21 million national STEM bid, implemented commercialisation frameworks across Engineering, IT, and Physics departments, and advised Russell Group leadership teams on strategic planning and income diversification. Alongside my academic and consultancy work, I have built a substantial property portfolio focused on high-yield HMOs and commercial assets. Since 2014, I have sourced, refurbished, and managed multiple properties, often off-market, and structured complex joint ventures with investors across the UK. My background in financial planning (AdvDipFA, CII, Quilter-trained) allows me to advise on capital deployment, tax-efficient structures including SIPP, SSAS, CGT, and IHT strategies, and wealth protection for investors. I am currently Co-founder of Repossession Help Ltd, supporting homeowners facing financial hardship. I also serve as the Host of Progressive Property Network North Wales. In 2024, I was proud to receive 4 YES votes on Property Elevator (Sky TV) and to win a Rob Moore Foundation Award for my initiative supporting UK Veterans through housing and mentorship.
