I'm Craig and I welcome you all to the new buisness. We're a fully qualified and insured buisness with the NHBC.
This company has been started to help new build buyers, first time buyers, tradesman/ surveys to help you find the issues before you choose your desired builder/ if you're renting out a house and need a survey or snag done before new tenants move in and we also offer our services if you've had work done on your property.
We're here to help all sorts of customers around Cornwall and Devon.
We're currently working on deals for new build buyers and deals for first time buyers to make sure you get the perfect finished house before you move in.
