Our Newquay job coming to an end now.
This one was fully gutted back to bare walls due to a leak from a roof gulley.

Repaired the roof 👍
Fully gutted inside 👍
Re board insulate and skim inside 👍
Fit new doors, skirts and architrave👍
Fit new kitchen and shower room 👍
Decorate👍
Fit heavy traffic lvt flooring 👍

Few finishing touches to get this one over the line now and onto carry on the next job in cambourne the lads have been working on.
Keep a look out for more progress pics on that front.

A patio recently taken up and relaid by us, originally it was laid on sand and dollops of cement with brushed in cement pointing.
We took up the patio cleaned off all the slabs,
Relaid the slabs on a full cement bed,
Re pointed the slabs with resin pointing compound,
Sealed the slabs with clear coat protection.
Very happy customer and it’s like night and day the difference we made improving the area.
Keep look out for some big projects we have been busy on coming to an end in the next few weeks.

Holiday cottage in little Petherick just completed and handed over to very happy customers.
Works included:
-full reconfiguration inside Inc new stairs
-extension at rear with grp roof
-new bathroom and ensuite
-new kitchen
-full interior and exterior decoration
-flooring throughout
-down lighters through out
-new front and French doors at rear
-composite decking to rear garden with mood lighting
-all fixtures and fittings Inc tvs wardrobes shelving etc built and fitted
