Sorry it's taken so long for an update, 39 Welbury Grove, Newton Aycliffe has been sold.
The renovation was very hard graft but we've loved every minute of it, the lads have put the time in to get it right, three quarters through the renovation we had an offer and a hand shake, it's all in the hands of the solicitors now.

DSS Property Solutions hope you have all had a lovely Xmas break.
It's that time again, all system's go to get the house on the market, just a little video as an update from the lads, those that have seen the previous images will see the transformation.

12 hours in from getting the keys and the whole house is back to an empty shell.

Myself, Steve, Dale and Steven are all proud of the work that’s been carried out in less than a 8 hour shift.
All upstairs and downstairs doors, skirting, architrave have all been ripped out along with the kitchen.
We have also opening up the kitchen and dining room by knocking the wall out.
More updates to come, keep tuned in.

After a few weeks of delays, DSS Property Solutions finally have the keys to their first property, exciting times ahead along with some hard graft.
We'll keep you all updated along the way.
