Just some minor details to complete now on our extension renovation in Clarkston. Outside lights, some slabbing on the exterior and some additional bespoke cabinets under the stair on the interior and were complete.

I think the finish is perfect and the client is happy too so that makes us happy. šŸ˜Š

We're looking for joiners to help us with a growing pipeline of work. We need self starters who can carry out a wide range of joinery work and can think for themselves, problem solve, take pride in their work and can conduct themselves in clients properties in both a commercial and residential settings.

We need decent finishing skills for kitchens and finishing works but also 1st fix framing and sheeting too. We have a number of projects coming up-that need the right team on them.

Taking a dark, disused space into a functional and aesthetically designs are if a building is what we do at aureus_property_solutions. We are almost complete with creating another great space within the basement of our clients property along a small kitchenette area for the tenants to enjoy.

A wee day doing some training on the Isotex build system with the guys from Murotex & Isotex UK and Houlet Studio along with our Structural Engineer Scott Morrison from LMA Engineering.

The benefits of this system are great for thermal, fire, pest and rot along with being able to be built all year round with only the coldest weather stopping play for frost.

We are looking forward to progressing more builds utilising this build method so keep an eye out for updates.

Great progress this week on our extension renovation project in Clarkston. Openings made, steels in, roof support framing complete and now getting the DPM down and cracking on the with new floor joists and floor.

Next week, windows and door along with cladding and then the kitchen can go in and push for completion.

Even smaller jobs need done for clients. Itā€™s not always the full house renovations, new kitchens or bathrooms, decking or even a garage conversion, TVā€™s need put up too.

We were asked if we could mount some 75ā€ TVā€™s and make sure they donā€™t fall off. So we mounted them on new timber below the plasterboard for added strength, filled and smoothed and painted.

Clients happy, weā€™re happy and we know that tv is going no where. šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼

Full glass frontage and side incoming on this one.

We are delighted to be working with and bringing their design to a reality for our client.

Outside will be a full transformation and will allow their stunning garden to be in full sight from the dining area. Full new kitchen layout will make the most of this design and the end result will be something to behold.
