So, a little story for you.

The property behind me started out as what would’ve been our first guaranteed rent (rent2rent) deal that was pulled from under our feet at the 11th hour which was absolutely gutting 😔

6 months later (August2021), we approached the owner just to see how things were, and we managed to agree another management deal that completed 💪🏼

Fast forward to December 2024, we agreed with the owner a 3 year Purchase Lease Option where we could buy the property for a set amount at anytime during that 3 year term.

October 2025 (less than a year into that term) we exercised the option and started conveyancing and TODAY we have completed on it 💪🏼🥳

MWT Property the new owners of the 7 bed professional house share that we have run and managed on behalf of the now previous owner for the last 5 years.

Massive thanks to the all the professional bodies that have us assisted during the purchase 🙏

Had a complaint in from a neighbour this Sunday morning regarding a waste issue at the back of one of our managed houses.

We were at the property within 90 minutes of it being reported.

We’ve sorted this issue, we’ve removed any excess waste, we’ve contacted the tenants, we’ve reported back to the neighbour 💪🏼

This is how property management should be done 👍🏼

Caller: it’s ‘Dave’ from Scottish Power business, we’d like to discuss with you our excellent new tariffs and how you can save money on your business energy bills.
Me: no thank you.
Caller: can I ask why?
Me: because I’ve had multiple dealings with Scottish Power over the years, been on hold to them for days on end trying to sort out multiple issues and it was THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had from an energy company and I’ve had plenty!
