Recent media news about the lessening impact of the Covid pandemic across the UK is progressively becoming more reassuring as the vaccination roll-out continues.
Orchard is happy to report that our office working has essentially returned to pre-Covid routine although we have made a few changes over lockdown providing even better practice and of course, care is still being taken to avoid unnecessary risk and the potential for transmission.
Property inspections have been reinstated with the intention to make up for those missed through lockdown ensuring an efficient and safe manner is applied although access into the Orchard office remains on a restricted basis until further notice.
It is appreciated there will be many questions asked over issues which have arisen during the unusual circumstances of the preceding 18 months and our aim is to continue to be transparent with information to help understanding and practical measures as soon as able.
