What a fantastic way to start the weekend!

This property had been on the market with another agent for 10 months before the sellers asked me to help.

After relaunching the property with a fresh strategy, improved presentation and targeted marketing, I agreed a full asking price sale within a month, and today we’ve exchanged contracts.

It nearly didn’t happen today though. A solicitor at the top of the chain was on holiday, and a last-minute issue threatened to delay exchange. After plenty of chasing and problem-solving this afternoon, we managed to get everything resolved and get the deal over the line.

I’m delighted for both my sellers and buyers, and I’m looking forward to seeing them complete their moves next week and begin their next chapters.
