Audi A6 C6 2.0 TDi
Customer came in to change Timing belt and Oil pump shaft which is common issue on these engines and has to be changed frequently to prevent catastrophic damage to the engine.
After inspection we found more issues than expected. Oil pump was damaged, intercooler leaking, three of four injectors were leaking and causing bad mpg, diesel in oil system.
Timing belt, water pump, oil pump, intercooler, engine oil, filters, all needed seals and four injectors changed, adjusted by specs ,engine bay cleaned from leaks.
Now engine runs smooth, owner happy
