💦💦This patio had some heavy black spot on it, as it hadn’t been cleaned in several years. Our usual approach would be to use a chemical treatment, but for various reasons the customer didn’t want this. Instead we opted to use our hot water machine. This machine gets the water upto 140c and works on low pressure. Not only does it clean the patio better than cold water, it also kills off the black spot and doesn’t damage the grout joints or delicate stone and porcelain tiles 💦💦

First pressure washing job of the year today. A small patio and driveway. There was a lot of algae and black spot on this one. It was becoming really slippy in places, and dangerous for the customer and their family.
The customer was really happy with the result and couldn’t believe how clean it was. I’m back next week when it’s dry to resand and apply a biocide and residual w**d killer. This should help slow down the algae and w**d growth for the rest of the year.

Todays job was a big one. This hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was full of w**ds, moss and had terrible drainage, but we got there in the end and the customer and her family were really pleased.
We’re back next week to do the driveway.

We’re now also using a low pressure, hot water system which is perfect for porcelain, slate and indian sandstone as it gets everything super clean and doesn’t damage the grout like a high pressure system does.
