Tori Chelton Brown - Block Management Specialist Block Management Agent Covering The Midlands. I started helping with filing during summer holidays when I was 13. I was always wanting to help where I could.

Having grown up around Chelton Brown, It was almost inevitable I would follow the family path and work within the business. After working Saturdays in Daventry, I started full time in Northampton as a Lettings Viewings Clerk in 2020 to help with the craziness of COVID. I then progressed to Lettings Negotiator. Having achieved my ARLA and NVQ in Residential Lettings and Property Management, I went on to do a series of Block management courses and was so excited to become a Director of our Block Management Department. I now enjoy the everyday challenges of my fast-paced role.
