Brandon Surveys Ltd was fully incorporated as a limited company in 1986, its Managing Director at that time having traded since 1977 as a sole trader. The company originally traded from Great Dunmow in Essex, specialising in drainage surveys nationally. In 2002 the company merged with Martin Sawyer Surveys based in Northampton. The new company now being able to provide Topographical surveys and Me

asured Building surveys, alongside the drainage surveys. The present Managing Director, Martin Sawyer, has traded in Northampton as sole trader since 1991, having previously being involved with a local family survey company established in 1983. Our head office is now based in Northampton although we have surveyors based in Essex, North London and Manchester. We use the latest technology and software to re-create floor plans, sections and elevations in 2D presentation. We use a combination of Leica ‘Distos’ together with traditional tape measures depending on the project being surveyed. We also use advanced Leica technology in order to create accurate elevations and remotely obtain other crucial information that perhaps cannot be reached by more direct methods.
