Latest addition to the Homerleigh Property portfolio arrived last month.
This semi detached house has already been converted into 2 separate maisonettes, but it still remains on a single freehold title.
I will be splitting this into 2 separate Leasehold titles and then refinancing them separately, creating 2 individual properties, enhancing the overall value and cashflow.
