Folks...with rates down close to 1.25% from their highs, that's a little over $400 difference in a monthly P&I payment on a $500k mortgage. The buyers that have been on the sideline waiting for rates to come down are going to be enticed heading into the Spring. Which will lead to more demand leading to both Days-On-Mkt and Days-To-Offer shortening. In other words, multiple bidders driving up prices.
