🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR LANDLORDS IN THE NORTH WEST 🚨

Big changes are coming for landlords, and it’s important to make sure you’re prepared… at a cost of £65 per property per annum…
The Government’s new national rental property database is scheduled to begin rolling out from 15 December 2026.
📍 For landlords in the North West, the proposed registration period is:
🗓️ 15 May 2027 – 14 August 2027
This means landlords will have a three-month window to register themselves and their relevant rental properties.
Landlords are expected to provide information including:
✅ Property details
✅ Ownership and landlord contact information
✅ Rent and occupancy details
✅ HMO and other licensing information
✅ Gas safety certificates
✅ Electrical safety information
✅ EPC details
⚠️ Failure to comply with the new requirements could result in significant financial penalties.
Although the database is not yet open, now is the time to make sure your paperwork, certificates and compliance documents are up to date.

🚨 THEY’VE DONE IT! 🚨💪

After months of “training”… and we use that word very loosely 😂… Amir & the gang have officially completed Tough Mudder Berlin! 🏆💪

And they smashed it in an impressive 2 HOURS 47 MINUTES! ⏱️🔥

Amir’s preparation mainly consisted of golf, padel and milkshakes from Vinnies… so clearly that was the secret formula. 😂🏌️‍♂️🎾🥤

Somehow, despite the questionable training regime, they made it through the mud, ice-cold water, walls, obstacles and everything else Tough Mudder could throw at them! 🥶💪

But the biggest achievement is that they took on the challenge to raise money forCheshire Community Foundationn , supporting local people, community groups and projects across Cheshire. ❤️

He and his team of brave (or slightly mad! 😂) friends are taking on Tough Mudder this Saturday, tackling mud, ice-cold water, walls, obstacles and everything else the course can throw at them! 💪
