As with everything we try do at ARC, the quality is in the detail. Like how we’ve crafted the cladding over the opaque bathroom windows to create this really great feature. The sliding brise soleil is fabricated from the same batch of western red cedar and provides shading from the summer sun on the south elevation. It all punctuates our dedication to design and our drive to produce truly great houses for people to live in. It also helps to be working with some truly gifted craftsmen who make all this possible!

The front of plot 2 on our Recreation Road development is looking pretty stunning this morning in the autumnal light. We’re especially happy with the front door from which we think really sets it all off!

All the bedrooms in our Recreation Road development come with huge floor to ceiling windows and they all have a sliding Brise Soleil solar system to provide shade in the summer. Plot 2 also comes with a secluded roof terrace, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee.
