A happy team today! 👋😊

The engineers are on site, and our CNC machine is being moved into its new home. Once everything is in place, the whole team will be working under one roof — making communication, collaboration and getting jobs moving even smoother.

And that means… Phase 3 can finally get started! 🚀

Exciting times ahead as we continue to grow and improve our workshop. We can’t wait to see what’s next!

A lovely project to look back on - and one that we are especially proud to see featured by Accoya 🤍

We were delighted when these homeowners chose LJS Joinery to replace their old and worn-out windows and doors.

Having had no previous experience with Accoya, they trusted our recommendation to use this high-performance timber - and we're so pleased with the finished result.

Made from Accoya and finished beautifully in Farrow & Ball Hardwick White, the new windows and doors have transformed the home while retaining its character and charm. 🏠

Even better, the homeowners have noticed a real difference in heat retention and noise reduction, as well as being delighted with how the joinery looks.

Another batch of bespoke internal doors ready to leave the workshop 🚪✨

This latest set includes a beautiful mix of panelled doors with both glazed and solid designs, carefully made to complement our customer's existing home.

The full-thickness door linings have also been carefully crafted alongside the doors, with everything receiving two coats of primer in our workshop before heading to site.

As these are replacement doors with the door linings, they will be painted on site once fitted to give the best possible results and ensure that everything sits perfectly within the existing space.

From carefully crafted in the workshop to ready for their new home - the next stop is installation 🤍

🌿A Big batch of Iroko has arrived!

This beautiful batch of Iroko timber is the start of a rather substantial project - we'll be machining it into Iroko tongue & groove boarding with a V detail, covering around 100 metre square.

From the first cut in the workshop to the finished installation there's a lot of work behind every square metre 🔨

Soaking up the light ☀️🤍

Another little glimpse of the transformation from workshop to installation.

This Accoya window, as with the rest of the project, finished in same Farrow & Ball Wimborne White, is now in place and doing exactly what it was designed to do — bringing in lots of lovely natural light while sitting beautifully within the room.

We love how the sunshine catches the crisp white finish and casts those beautiful shadows across the floor. ✨

Simple, timeless and made to feel like it has always belonged there.

From workshop to installation — another project brought to life. ✨

You may remember these windows and this door from our previous post, when they were in the workshop having their final fitting before heading out for installation.

Now look at them in their new home!

Made in Accoya, the windows finished in Farrow & Ball Wimborne White and the door in Little Greene Sir Lutyens’ Sage work beautifully together, adding a fresh finish while still feeling perfectly at home with the character of the property.
