Haven’t posted for a while, but a progress photo was definitely in order for Station Cottages, Docking.
We’ve made great progress and pushing on to get the roof on by Christmas 🎄.
The fantastic news is have Unit 1 under offer as well. But don’t worry we still have another 2 ☺️
We couldn’t be happier with the progress and the prospective purchasers who are a lovely couple 😀

Picked up some old plans today for a reference. For me this is where it all started, my Dad actually drew these plans, as a child I used to watch over his shoulder in amazement thinking that they could become real houses.....
This is actually my Grandmas house and she still lives there today. At the age of 5 I really did see that process, as this house was built in the garden of where I grew up! From concept to completion......
What’s more impressive they were all drawn by hand! I’m purely a CAD man, I can’t imagine a world without it.
