Lettings Negotiator
Full job description
Norwich Accommodation Agency is a reputable, well established and expanding property management company looking for a full time Lettings Negotiator to work in a busy office. We have recently transitioned to an employee ownership trust so staff can benefit from an annual £3,600 tax-free bonus (included in the stated salary) and from the end of next year a share of the company profits.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Dealing with general enquiries from landlords and tenants.
- Interviewing and dealing with applications from prospective tenants from the initial enquiry through to completion.
- Organising maintenance and repairs, obtaining quotes and issuing works orders.
- Interim inspections.
- Preparing and checking inventories.
- Deposit negotiations.
- Use of our in-house property management software.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service, administration & communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Full training will be provided so previous experience in Residential Lettings and Property Management is not essential.
- UK driving licence
