Have you seen this complete joker. This guy from day one messed the landlord around paying his rent

The landlord found out on Facebook he’d decided to closed.

Not giving the landlord any notice accept a text 6 days before he closed

He has over 2 years left on his lease and thousands of pound worth of waste, he is refusing to remove from the site.

He plays the victim and the enablers rush to his aid.

But the real picture is he owes everyone he did business with money. If you ate or drank at his coffee shop take at look at the pictures of what was a disgusting place.

all he needed to do was clear his items and keep his rent upto date and find a replacement tenant. He failed to do any of it

He played the victim, but continues to go out almost every night as seen on Facebook.

This is what you get when someone begs you to give them a chance. A bill of thousands of pound to remove his waste and junk, a twister who doesn’t take any responsibility then plays the victim when he buries his head In the sand

I hope no one was sick for eating at 1cupor2 and any landlord in norwich should think twice before they allow him to repeat

His excuse he’s going bankrupt so doesn’t need to remove anything or take responsibility

He was offered to just find a Replacement tenant and remove his items, he failed to even the the electrical items off
