Here’s an update gallery on our latest project, a 4 bedroom HMO on Aylsham road in Norwich. documenting when we first got the property up until now, it has taken a huge amount of prep work so far, the place was in a real mess, but it is starting to take shape, we are going for a very modern loft/industrial interior style on this one, aiming to raise the bar for interior design and finish in Norwich HMO’s, and be the first to market in this style and level of finish. we can’t wait to get it all done and dressed, and reveal the finished product.

Our Pelham road HMO project is now completely finished, really happy with how this one turned out, here are some before and after shots to illustrate how much work went in to this one, rooms are available to rent now please Abode estate agent for info on those.

Floors coming along great at our Pelham road HMO, all repaired and sanded, will be varnished over the next few days. after that our furniture will be arriving, so that will be put together and then it will be ready for marketing.

Lots more progress at our Pelham road HMO project, decorating finished, new upvc Windows and front door fitted, all new radiators fitted, multi-linked Fire alarm system fitted, kitchen and bathroom finished and appliances in place, now the floors are being prepped to be sanded and varnished.

More progress at our Pelham road project, kitchen and bathroom tiles are down, and kitchen is almost in.

More progress at our Pelham Road HMO project, walls mist coated, floors levelled,and electrics/lighting done, now starting kitchen fit and joinery work, going to look great!

Progress so far at our new Pelham road property, almost ready for the first fix this week, this will be a great house once finished. Looking forward to how it turns out.

We are excited to get the keys and get started on our latest HMO project today, this one is a great 4 bedroom terrace at the top of Pelham Road in Norwich, this one has great potential, and will look great once given a thorough reburb, we will be updating with photos as work progresses.
