Commercial offices… clean and bright looking, big and small. Often, the most important thing with commercial buildings is deadlines.
We don’t miss them 👍🏼
Photo 1 is the upstairs of a huge office we fully decorated a while ago (we also painted downstairs which was the same size)
Photos 2 and 3 are of a small office we refreshed between tenancies yesterday.

Well with October now finished it means I have been a decorator for 19 years! It doesn’t feel that long though so I suppose it shows I enjoy what I do.
Taking a tired looking room or building and making it feel fresh and looked after is great, and so is the variety of buildings I get to work on, but my favourite thing about my job is the people. I am so lucky to get the opportunity to meet and work for some really nice people, hear their stories, meet their families, watch their family grow older, meet their friends and then work for them and their family! It’s great and I am very greatful. So thank you to all those I have worked for and to those that pass my name and number on. I really appreciate it.

Todays work place giving these reclaimed sash windows some tlc. The outside faces were painted last summer.

Finishing today! A complete change of colour scheme from cream and white and some pretty hefty rot repairs using new timber and epoxy fillers. 🤞🏽the weather holds out for us!

All finished and it is looking great. It was a pleasure to work for such a nice team of people at Adkins and a good laugh working alongside the other tradesmen. Thanks for getting us involved Mewscraft Ltd.

It’s been a hectic week with a very fluid plan (as it tends to be on shop fits with multiple trades on site and tight timescales). It’s going well now though and it is a pleasure to do it for these great opticians who have looked after my families eyes very well. I highly recommend them.

Happy new year everyone!
I thought I would share this video of a recent job because it’s very quirky and also to explain some of the challenges it presented me with. It was hard going but quite enjoyable. I like a challenge!!
