Great afternoon catching up with Jack Evans at the Pie Man on Sheringham High Street! 🥧
There is a lovely community feel in there today—they’re even using the Pymm & Co mugs for all their customers. I couldn't leave without picking up my absolute favourite: a Steak and Kidney pie made by Norfolks pieman. If you know, you know... they are easily the best around! 😋

☔ Things don’t always go to plan!

Yesterday’s viewing at our brand-new Beauly Homes site in Reydon (just a short stroll from Southwold 🌊) turned into quite the adventure.

The buyers loved the location so much they walked to the viewing from the seaside town. After a tour of the site and show home, the skies opened and the rain came down. I offered them a lift back — they said no… but five minutes later, soaked through, they came running back to take me up on it! 🚗

Just as we pulled into Southwold, my tyre pressure light pinged on. Absolute disaster… but thanks to tyres any where I had a new tyre fitted roadside and still made it back to Norwich in time. 🙌

Homes by the coast, a good story to tell, and all part of the job! 🏡✨
