Great evening at the Cambridge PIN meeting! 🎉

We had a really insightful session diving into how social housing can be used as a strategy to fill properties - definitely an eye-opener. From the benefits like consistent demand and longer-term tenants, to the potential challenges and key considerations, it’s clear this is a strategy worth understanding properly before jumping in.

That’s the beauty of these meetings - learning real, practical strategies from experienced investors and seeing what actually works in today’s market.

Last day on the slopes and what a trip it’s been. ⛷️

We’ve covered around five different resorts across Chamonix – from Grands Montets to Brévent–Flégère, Les Houches, and even dipped into Courmayeur in Italy. Unreal skiing, perfect snow, and sunshine that actually showed up!

A proper reminder that stepping away from work now and then isn’t just nice… It’s necessary.

Huge thanks to the Norwich team for holding everything together while we’ve been out here – legends as always 🙌
