Happy New Year! We hope everyone had an lovely festive break & is ready for what 2023 has in store for us!

Here is a update to how our Elm Bank Project located in Mapperley Park, Nottingham is getting on.

The Main Apartment Block:
β€’ Substructure for Roof is now all complete
β€’ All of the Tin inside of the property for the flooring is complete
β€’ All Apartments are screeded

Coach Houses:
β€’ All floors have now been installed
β€’ Ground floor windows has been installed
β€’ M&E has now been installed
β€’ All tin for subdividing the inside of the properties have now been completed
β€’ Roof is felted and lathe allowing to be watertight

From our last update in September 2022, we have came along way and we are edging closer towards the finish line for this project. We want to thank all the sub-contractors who have worked on this job and give them credit for the work which has been completed.

Over the next few months we have a lot going on, with completion of the roof happening for the main apartment block and 1st fixing and 2nd fixing happening too.

A lot of progression has been made such as;

Coach House:
- Brick & Block work up to 1st Floor
- Brickwork commenced from the 1st Floor to 2nd Floor

Apartment Block
- Ground floor insulated and screed laid
- Mechanical works commenced
- 1st Floor slab laid
- Brick work up to 2nd floor
- Gas membrane to ground floor installed and passed
